Error on account

When I try play music, I receive a notification saying the operation could not be completed. An unknown error occurred

Troubleshooting Apple Music Error Messages:


A. New iCloud Session:

Sign of iCloud on your Mac and then sign back in. Perhaps it all needs to resync.

B. Approve of the Device:

If an error still occurs, then you may have to re-approve of your device. This commonly occurs after upgrades and installations.

  1. Open: iTunes
  2. Go to: Account menu
  3. Hover Over: Authorizations
  4. Select: Authorize This Computer...
  5. Log In: Using your Apple ID credentials
