My home screen says iphone disabled - connect to itunes, Any help?

My lock screen says phone disabled and to connect to itunes but doesnt have a counted down and i cant reset.

Any help?

You have to do as instructed. You will need to connect your phone to a computer running iTunes or if using a Mac running Catalina or later via the Finder.
