AppleTV Plus GLITCHES STILL!!

Apple cannot seem to get rid of their glitches. So many times in one program, the program freezes, and does it thaw out! I have uninstalled the app twice and reinstalled. I use fire stick and no other app does this. My Wi-Fi speed is 357. That’s not the problem. It Hass to be Apple TV+. No more. You are losing a lot of customers, I’m sure, due to your laziness to fix your problem. They won’t admit to having an issue. Therefore, they don’t even refund you. This is been going on for I know two years. Hello Hulu here I come.

I was on the phone with Apple tech support for over ONE HOUR before he finally suggested unplugging my Hisense smart tv and THEN restarting everything, which finally got the glitches to stop that time. But subsequent issues of “unable to play video” continue to occur when I try to re-watch episodes of my fav show…T.L. For Apple to have such sub-par performance in technology that has been around for decades is beyond embarrassing. For them, that is.

EDIT/UPDATE: Two seconds after posting this…it happened AGAIN!!!!!!

Amen.

I have the same issues. I am using an Amazon Fire Stick, with solid Internet speed, and no issues at all with other apps.

However, the Apple TV app occasionally freezes/buffers. I'm not going to say it *ruins* the experience, but it certainly is frustrating and baffling given that, again, other apps do not have this issue.

I've tried restarting the Fire Stick, and uninstalling/reinstalling the app, but nothing seems to have any effect.

Apple: please, please, please fix your app!
