I have 900 contacts in my iphone, that I’ve been accumulating over 10 years and unfortunately I didn’t store all of the last names..I have 5 contacts with the same first name but no last names! wondered if there is a way to find out when they were added without having to call or text the numbers..iphone11 running 16.1.1 software

Seeing Contact Info:
You Can't. You'd have to log in you account on your Carrier's site, and view the call history log of the contacts you called. On my Carrier, I ca go back 90 days. See what you can find from there.
So, Recommend this Feature to Apple:
Do your Part: These are user-to-user forums. Apple rarely reads these forums on their own time as it is. So, provide Apple with feedback on this. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more they hear of this, the more they will know what features their customers prefer, and what feature to include in updates to come.
