Good morning . Yesterday, I had a debit of 17.97 USD from my card for the so-called "itunes services", but I did NOT pay for the subscriptions and, moreover, the goods

The most important part of the article that babowa links is "View your purchase history." If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges in your history, it is very possible that scammers have gained access to your credit card or bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.


If that is the case, only your CARD ISSUER or BANK can remedy it.


If Apple’s purchase history shows the purchase, continue with the instructions in that article.

You need to finish your sentence. It seems that you either purchased something or signed up for a subscription. Do not use formatting - just type in the reply box.


We are all other users and do not have access to any accounts,so you need to figure out what you signed up for or purchased.
