Update Apple Watch.
hi,
every time i try to update my watch, it says update phone first, to which it is fully up to date?
i have tried to disconnect watch from phone but still doesnt work.. how can i update my watch?

whatOS9 requires the iphone to be running ios16, if your iphone do not support that then you can't update the watch
if you used another iphone with ios16 to update the watch and then wanted to pair it back to your non ios16 watch it would not be able to pair
