how to unlock by email? after erase my iphone my apple id locked and i dont memorized my DOB created apple id.

Erase my IPhone then my apply id is locked so my account is unlock they give me two options 1_ Unlock by email and 2_ Answers Security Question then I apply 2nd option they asked mY Date of BIrth. i had been created my apple id then i entered a random Date of birth because I dont know this situation enter. well I applied 1st option unlock by email they email sent me my email address of apple id locked so how can open my email to unlock my apple ID?
