How can I return my faulty iPad using Apple Express Replacement Service? I have recently made use of the ERS and had an iPad delivered to my address. Now I have to return the defective unit to Apple within 10 days. No instructions were sent with the replacement about how to send back the faulty iPad. An outer bag with a packaging label was enclosed with the new unit into which I should place the boxed up defective iPad, but do I take it to the nearest post office or do I have to arrange collection by courier and if so which one? What about them? If they don’t work, get an appointment at an Apple Store for an evaluation and possible repair.

They do not work so we tryed a month or so ago to fix this I was told to pay 600$ up front and I’d get my money back but the problem with that is I don’t have the funds right now but I need a new phone can we do it a different way
