My MacBook Air M2 got wet

Hello there,

I want to share that my MacBook Air M2 got wet, as my water bottle got leaked in my bag and the USB ports side was down sided, when i got to know and got my MacBook out of my bag, the USB ports side was wet, i suddenly cleared it with a cloth, then i opened my MacBook and some of the water was inside too, like on that side of CAPSLOCK, TABS keys, i cleared that too with the cloth, and after that i was having classes, in class it was working well, after coming home too it was working well but then I kept it upside down faced on the table, but according to internet I'm worried that it might get some internal damages, kidney suggest me what should I do.

I would immediately make sure I had a data backup. I would then not use the computer until it was checked by an authorized service center for water damage. Water damage can be extensive and ongoing.
