iPhone no longer sending images to Non-iPhone users

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 11 to a 14. Since I have not been able to send any photos from my phone to users that have an Andriod device. This is very frustrating. I have tried a number of solutions but none have worked.

I have turned off wifi
I have turned off cellular
MMS is ON
tried with iMessage off and on
Reset network connections
Turned phone off and on again using different time intervals
iOS is on 16.5
only 32 of 128GB used
Send as SMS is on
I have tried to send from the photo, send by copy and paste
Verizon is the carrier

Any help is greatly appreciated!

You haven't done the most important thing: Contact Verizon. There was some sort of glitch with primarily Verizon where, when people switched to an iPhone 14, MMS got disabled. They can fix it very easily.
