TPE-FYI, LLC in Allow in the Background

Hello guys,

i noticed that the process/file is being allowed in the background.

But I can't figure out what it's related to, could any of you help me?

Do you have NightOwl installed? I believe I noticed this Login Item after NightOwl was updated today (for me). I didn't really like the feel of the whole thing and all the requirements I needed to grant NightOwl during the installation; so I uninstalled it.

The .plist for this was located in /Users/<username>/Library/LaunchAgents

From the NightOwl TOS:

I'd recommend nuking the app.
