I'd recommend nuking the app.

Do you have NightOwl installed? I believe I noticed this Login Item after NightOwl was updated today (for me). I didn't really like the feel of the whole thing and all the requirements I needed to grant NightOwl during the installation; so I uninstalled it.

The .plist for this was located in /Users/<username>/Library/LaunchAgents
