Apple Music on Web Browser(Windows 10) remains a joke

I STILL cannot get Apple Music on Windows 10 to shuffle my entire playlist past 100 songs. This gets brought up a bunch but no one ever seems to have a fix that I can find. What gives? Also why does Apple Music play random versions of songs that are not in my file. Just match the song correctly! I don't want the live version of a song I downloaded from a CD or outright purchased from iTunes, and I do not want the Spanish version, either. How can this be so hard when iTunes use to do it just fine? I actually hate Apple Music, and the issues seem super easy to fix, but no one at Apple seems to want to fix them, which strikes me as lazy and arrogant. End user satisfaction doesn't seem to be a motivating factor anymore, which makes me wonder what IS the motivation for Apple Music...like to just be a the crappiest music streaming service available? If so, congratulations Apple Music, you nailed it.

Hey there tengerbelle,

To start, we’d like to help by providing a link you can use to submit product feedback about Apple Music for consideration by Apple: Product Feedback

Regarding your question about how Apple Music is matching the incorrect version of a song you already have in your Apple Music library, this is one of the reasons why a back up is always recommended of your music not obtained from Apple. Before going any further, if you haven't yet done this, we recommend doing it now. Afterwards, we recommend testing removing one of the affected songs from your iCloud Music Library, then right-clicking on the same song from your library to see if an option to add it to your iCloud Music Library appears. You'd then choose that option to see what occurs after adding it back that way.

For your last question regarding Apple Music not shuffling a playlist with more than 100 songs saved, does this occur with every playlist that has over 100 songs saved, or only a specific playlist?

Cheers!
