Airpods PRO 2 - does not work with Microsoft Teams? Can this be true or am I missing something

IF you mean a desktop (Windows) computer, and not laptop, it doesn't come with built in bluetooth, you'll need to buy one, so you can connect the airpods to the computer and then use it on Teams.

I have no issue connecting to Teams via the app or desktop version. You can start by troubleshooting with Microsoft.
