I do not have an account with Hiya anymore. It is not on my Apple ID subscriptions or transactions, but it is still silencing my calls. What do I do?

We'd recommend reaching out to the app developer or service provider. From your description it is likely they haven't stopped their service despite cancelling the subscription.


Also, we'd recommend making sure you've deleted the app if you're no longer using it.


"Delete an app from App Library and Home Screen: Touch and hold the app in App Library, tap Delete App, then tap Delete. (See Find your apps in App Library.)"
