I hadd a replacement phone sent yesterday and now i cant pair my iwatc se w my macbook pro, Ive tried all the google and forum ideas but my macbook doent have add accessories tab under any settings, HELP, please

Apple Watch is paired with an iPhone, not with a Mac.
How to pair your Apple Watch with a new iPhone - Apple Support
Ensure both iPhone and Apple Watch are updated to current.
Once the Apple Watch is re-paired with the iPhone, using the same Apple ID, and updated, then other uses of the Watch should start working again.
If that fails, contact whoever sent the replacement iPhone. If it was Apple, re-contact Apple Support.
