You won’t get a response however.
Have you even tried working with Apple to get a resolution to whatever the issue was with their support? Like discussing this with an Apple manager ... or higher?
Regardless, this forum would not be the right medium as we are just fellow Apple-product users and there is nothing we can do to assist you with this.
Alternately, you can tell us what the issue was with your iPhone so that we can take a crack on helping you with a solution.
