On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

In iOS 16 or later:

Go to Settings.

Tap Family, then tap your family member's name.

Tap Parent/Guardian.

Tap Set as Parent/Guardian.

In iOS 15 or earlier:

Go to Settings, then tap your name.

Tap Family Sharing, then tap your family member's name.

Tap Role.

Tap Parent/Guardian.

every time I want to buy a app on App Store it always says I need to ask my gurdian if someone could please help me that will be great thank you.

Help in what way?

If you are part of Family Sharing the Family Organizer can set up Ask to Buy for you.

If it is set up, only the Organizer or the secondary approver can approve the purchase.

There is no way to bypass it if that is what you are asking. You need to ask whoever set up the Family Sharing group, to either approve the purchase or turn off the option for your account.
