Whenever i record a video it has no sound the volume button on the bottom is grayed out and when i click on it nothing happens. How do i fix this its not a microphone issue of apps since all my apps have access to it, its just something that happens in the photo app. I’ve reset it, turned off silent mode disconnected bluetooth but nothing works please help.
