My apple is not active my iPhone
MacBook Air not allowing to sign out of iCloud. It says it’s been deactivated due to not having a CC on file. Reached to Apple the first time and they were able to get my iCloud reactivated. The Mac didn’t have a single issue whatsoever until yesterday. It asked me to enter password for iCloud again but it said iCloud deactivated. Reached out to Apple a second time and this time I was told it was because no CC was imputed into the account. And I will need to provide proof of purchase. But I bought the Mac through marketplace and don’t have an actual receipt. Just the post from where and when I bought it. They said that I will need to reset computer and wait for them to approve proof of purchase. But I don’t want to have to reset my Mac simply to wait for an approval. Is there a way around this?

I upgraded to iCloud family plan for $2.99 and you kept charging me the .99 You finally fixed it and now I see you started charging me again as far back as September. Please fix this
