Why won’t my Shortcuts app update on my Apple Watch? I turned on iCloud and tried to create new Shortcuts.

It appears you may have made a 'fake' Apple Watch folder; a folder called Apple Watch which does not send the Shortcuts to your Watch. Whether you have made this deliberately or inadvertently, it is an easy solution. At the top of the 'fake' folder, tap "Edit". Select all of the Shortcuts you wish to transfer to your Watch and drag them into the other "Apple Watch" folder you see after exiting the "All Shortcuts" screen. Alternatively, you can add shortcuts straight into this folder.
