Was parallax effect for wallpapers removed in IOS 16.5?

Was parallax effect for wallpapers removed in IOS 16.5? I updated recently and both my home and Lock Screen wallpapers had moved, now no longer displaying the parallax effect. The published wallpaper article describes the parallax option it as available under more settings, but I was unable to find it under the same three dots that houses the option for depth effect. Where can I re-enable the setting, if it was not removed?

Here is the article. Change the wallpaper on your iPhone - Apple Support

The section I am addressing is titled “Customize a Lock Screen wallpaper with filters, widgets, and styles.”

Specifically, the last bullet point mentions “To select wallpaper options, tap the More button,” but I don’t see anything else equivalent to that in the UI other than the three dots that sometimes list depth effect but not the tilt effect. My mistake in terminology, rather than the parallax effect Apple describes the effect as “Perspective Zoom moves the wallpaper as you tilt your screen.” The option to enable that effect does not appear no matter the image I select as lock screen/Home Screen.
