Mail App not working

As of yesterday my mail app stop receiving emails. After trying everything u see the sun. A final google search I turned off my WiFi and all my mail came through. I have Frontier and my WiFi is somehow blocking incoming Mail.

I suggest that you contact Frontier email provider and ask them, after checking their outgoing/incoming (SMTP/iMAP/POP3) parameters.
