Can't redeem iTunes gift card
Bought one for 100 dollars in Saudi sent it to friend in Turkey he came to use it but they said it had been used which is not true the PIN code
what can I download

Hello~Perhaps they cannot use it because it was bought in Saudi Arabia and cannot be used in Turkey? Take a look here by clicking on below...
If you can't redeem your Apple Gift Card or App Store & iTunes Gift Card - Apple Support
Once inside the link you may view the appropriate Information and there is a tab to contact Apple inside the link as well. I would also advise please don't post PIN numbers or any other personal Information here in this open forum.
