Does anyone know how to find a pin to switch carriers? I stopped paying my bill because out of 3 adults I was the only one paying so I said F it and I’m trying to get my phone and an iPad switched over….so my question one of the other people on the bill is asking if I can find a pin but I got confused with the eSIM I saw and almost locked myself out. Do I go into AT&T or can I find the pin? Also can someone explain what the pin is for lol
There is no PIN to switch services. As Bob indicated, if the phone is locked to AT&T, only AT&T can unlock it. If you just stopped paying the bill, you'll have to settle up with AT&T before you can get it unlocked. If you don't do so quickly, you may very well find the device permanently blacklisted from all carriers.

If your carrier is currently AT&T, you will need to contact AT&T.
If there is an outstanding balance with AT&T though, nothing will happen until that is resolved.
