The microphone icon for iPAD no longer appears. I have followed advice to enable dictate, to go to privacy/microphone/Pages; I have rebooted ... Any advice?

Microphone icon missing from keyboard After the last phone update my microphone icon is missing from keyboard. Then I go to settings, general, keyboard and i cannot find enable dictation. HOW DOBI GET THE MICROPHONE BACK????

iPhone XR - dictation stopped working When I tap the microphone icon, it changes color but nothing happens when I dictate. This was happening sporadically & now doesn’t work at all. Anyone know how to fix it? I’m disabled & I really depend on the dictation feature. Thx.
