I’m trying to upgrade my storage plan. Right now I’m on the 50gb and pay $.99

I pay $.99 a month right now thru my PayPal account. I’m trying to upgrade to 200GB for $2.99 per month. When I go to upgrade it is declining my request. This is the only way I pay my monthly renewals. What can I do? Can I set it up directly thru my bank? This why I use PayPal because it goes directly through my bank

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 16

Seems you already have a payment method set-up ?

What to do: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Your Apple ID is the account that you use to access all Apple services and make all of your devices work together seamlessly. ie: The Apple ID gives access to the App Store, iCloud, iMessage, Apple Music, Apple TV+ and more.

You can check the payment methods that Apple can accept in your country or region:

(ie: See if PayPal is still accepted)

What to do: If you need to change or update your Apple ID payment method - Apple Support

If needed:

Subscription & Billing Support Website ... eg: You might want to reach out for info / help / support / contact:

There is a "Get Support : start now" link (online chat, phone, eMail etc) at the bottom of their wepage (link below):
