how can I fix my speakers.. pls don't make me pay another 4000 Saudi riyals on another MacBook

If it a truly new Mac, take it back to Apple as it's still under warranty and within the "free" return period at this point.
I'm assuming the free period is two weeks where you are ... it may not be.
