After the Ventura 13.4 update, the MacBook just resists to charge. No matter for how long I put it on charge, it'll continue to stay on the same battery capacity as it was left while charging. It's really a trouble.

Also, it's battery health is just 91% with 208 charge cycles.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your MacBook's charging after the Ventura 13.4 update. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem:

1. Reset the SMC (System Management Controller): Shut down your MacBook, then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Release the button, then press it again to turn on your MacBook.

2. Check the charging cable and power adapter: Inspect the charging cable for any visible damage, such as frayed wires or bent connectors. Also, try using a different power adapter or charging cable, if available, to see if the issue is with the accessories.

3. Clean the charging port: Sometimes, dirt or debris can accumulate in the charging port, preventing proper connection. Gently clean the charging port using a soft brush or compressed air.

4. Verify power source and outlets: Ensure that the power source you're using is working properly. Try plugging the power adapter into different outlets to rule out any issues with the electrical supply.

5. Run Apple Diagnostics: Restart your MacBook and hold the D key while it boots up. This will initiate the Apple Diagnostics utility, which can help identify any hardware issues that may be causing the charging problem.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's recommended to contact Apple Support or visit an Apple Authorized Service Provider for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose the problem more accurately and provide appropriate solutions.
