If you mean a DUO SIM card, yes.
With Duo Sim you can be reached with two different phones on the same number without changing SIM cards. Handy when you use your second phone, for example.
It is important to know that only 1 SIM card can be active at a time. Are you active with 2 devices at the same time? Then the connection will be broken at 1 of the devices (or you turn off the other phone).
You have to ask your carrier, use a DUO SIM card from Vodafone here.
The one-off purchase costs for Duo Sim are € 30 and can be requested for all subscriptions. Duo Sim is unfortunately not suitable for Prepaid.
