To my knowledge, you cannot use other people’s music as ringtones. You must create your own ringtones with Garage Band.

I bought several songs and ringtones on the iTunes store. They ripped off my money, but I only have 3 songs and they can't be played as ringtones. Why do they take the money and then I can't do anything?

it wasn't from Garageband, it was from iTunes. I bought songs and some ringtones there. she paid for them and the money was deducted from my account but the songs didn't download
