Can you apply for another Apple Card without a co-owner?

No. You can only have one card. If you no longer wish to have a co-owner, you need to l your card and apply again as an individual

I don't think you can have more than one Apple Card associated with your AppleID. However, you can always message support (click on the three dots in the top right, then card details to access the chat bubble to message support).
