Possible de localiser un appareil avec IMEI
Salut je demande si l'opérateur mobile peux obtenir des résultats après la déposition de la réquisition avec IMEI même si l'ancien propriétaire supprime définitivement son compte icloud.. merci de m'aider

don't understand your language but it seems that you ask if the phone can be tracked by IMEI
it can't by you and apple can't track it by any means legally
if the police have a warrant they can force carriers to triangle track the IMEI, it's at times used in cases of missing persons, the cost will be much higher than the value of the phone so I doubt you can get your local law enforcements to play ball
