Payment for what exactly?

You can add a new payment method in the Wallet for Apple Pay. click here ➜ Set up Apple Pay - Apple Support

Or update an existing payment method in your Apple ID for the iTunes, iBooks and app stores. click here ➜ If you need to change or update your Apple ID payment method - Apple Support
