The most trouble free way to move to a new machine, is using the Setup Assistant on the initial boot of a brand new machine— you have one shot here. Set up your MacBook Pro - Apple Support

The second best way is use the Migration Assistant.

When using Migration Assistant you are presented with the options to transfer your system preferences and settings, all or no apps and all or no files. So if you have not transferred all the apps including Microsoft Office, it will need to be individually reinstalled in the new computer. Then it must be activated using your initial activation key. If you didn't save it, contact Microsoft for assistance.
