EXTERNAL DISPLAY NOT WORKING WHEN CONNECTED TO MACBOOK ( MACBOOK DISPLAY CRACK )

Hey yall, i recently having an issue with my MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) which the display is cracked and i can't see anything at all. But when I connect my MacBook to a external monitor using USB-C to HDMI ( UGreen ), it's not working at all. All i can see is the MacOS Ventura background image. Is there any command key to switch the view on my external monitor. Thank you.

You need to Mirror the Home Screen.

I use Apple's HDMI adapter, to connect to my monitor on a broken screen. Do you have a touchpad on your Mac?

If Yes: [Hold Down command key + dim light]
If No: [Hold Down command key + F1]
