Why am i able to bypass downtime and app limits on my devices without a passcode where I have clearly set one?

I have iOS devices and i have set up screentime for myself with my mom setting up the passcode and myself setting the limits, it is configured after selecting it as my own device rather than a childs device. So, when there is downtime or app limit reached, i am able to ignore the limit without having to enter a passcode. I was not like this before, whether its a childs or a parents, we would have to enter a passcode to bypass the limits.

Can you tell me how i can set passcode to ignore or extend limits? With me as on my own device?

iPhone 11, iOS 16
