Forgot unlock passcode for iPhone 13 pro max

I presume that after an IOS update, the system asked for a change in passcode and asked for it to be much longer. I changed it but due to the face unlocking procedure I guess I forgot it (2 weeks later). Result=phone has been locked.

I have tried 3 or 4 times to use the method stated in support (update and restore) but the phone is still disabled. It now orders me to try again in 3 hours.

Please advise....

    2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organization who provided the profile to you
