Delayed Iphone notifications

iphone 7 plus ios 15.7.3 . Whatsapp messages delay and other apps also having the same issue. DND turned off low power mode off notifications enabled for all background app refresh on for both wifi and cellular, but still my iphone can't refresh content in the background. Also no whatsapp, telegram calls incoming. I reset my iphone and flash the iphone nothing worked . This is only a software issue because my iphone worked before the update very well . Please fix this because this is very annoying for most users.

However, it's important to note that connecting to Wi-Fi does not automatically guarantee an internet connection. In the event that you are unable to connect to Wi-Fi, the issue may stem from settings on your iPhone or the router/modem.

On the other hand, if you are unable to establish an internet connection despite being connected to Wi-Fi, the problem is likely related to the settings on your router/modem. In such cases, it is advisable to promptly contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for assistance.
