Beats fit pro solid red light

Hello, my beats fit pro has had a solid red light on. The case isn’t charging or low on battery. The light has been on solid all night. I’ve tried to rest them but has done nothing. Anything I can do to fix them?

Make sure that you are following these steps from Reset your Beats Fit Pro - Apple Support to reset your Beats:


Reset your Beats Fit Pro
If you have sound, Bluetooth, or charging issues with your earphones, you might want to reset them.

1. Place both earbuds in the charging case. Leave the case open.
2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.

3. Release the system button.

The LED indicator light will continue to flash white, which means that you can pair your Beats Fit Pro with your iPhone, Mac, Android device, or other device again.


If those steps do not resolve the issue, we would suggest reaching out to Apple Support: Get Support  


They will be in the best position to assist further.
