If i choose a mail ( .eml file) on finder with View as columns i can see the preview of the mail only if i transferred the file there with drag and drop .
If i moved it there by using the shortcut shift+command+S, the file is there but i cant see the preview.
Any help?

As a saved .eml, only the mail header will show, but if saved as Rich Text Format, then the mail header and mail body are shown in the column mode Preview window.

Yep. As I mentioned, send Apple feedback. They are the only ones that can change the behavior if they so choose.
That's true but, as the OP mentioned, if you drag n drop an email directly from Mail, you can see the preview.
