falsely accused of theft everyday

I live in a large multi unit apartment building. Everyday I get notifications saying a stolen item has been detected moving with me. It’s always stolen AirPods or an AirPod case. The thing is I haven’t stolen anything or even used AirPods ever in my life. I’m pretty sure my downstairs or upstairs neighbor is the one stealing all the stuff, and apple thinks it’s me doing it. Does anyone have any ideas how to make it so I’ll stop being falsely accused of theft by apple?
