Ultra watch arrived dead
just received my Apple watch Ultra in the mail and it came with not enough power to turn on?! really $800 watch that you have to charge before using?

It happens, even if you purchase a watch directly from Apple. Just charge it. The instructions normally instruct you to charge fully before setting up anyway.
If you are really against having to charge a new Apple Watch, then I suggest you use the link below to tell Apple what you think. You have posted to a user to user community forum. You are not talking to Apple here.
