4 digit security code

I'm trying to set up an apple watch and my phone is asking for my 4 digit numerical icloud security code. I am clueless and have tried every PIN I can think of. Help please!

Tell us the exact words used in the request. They are definitely not "4 digit numerical i[C]loud security code".
