Server could not be contacted Mojave

So I am selling my 2018 Mac Mini, which runs OS Mojave. I did the command/option/R on the boot so that I could wipe my disk and reinstall MacOS. Unfortunately, I keep getting the error that the server could not be contacted. I have made sure that I have a healthy internet connection and that the time is synced in Terminal. Still no luck and I can't find any other solutions. Please help

Mac Mini Recovery "The Recovery server could not be contacted" On an Intel Mac Mini, every time when going into OS Recovery, it keeps only giving me the option to install Mojave, and when I try, I get the error in the title. I've tried PRAM and NVRAM reset, different internet networks and loading into recovery with all the different key combos. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated!
