Finder Problem on a AFP Network Drive

I have a customer with a strange behavior on a network drive.
I really do not know what to do now. I have setup the DNS and all that stuff correct.
The command "changeip -checkhostname" output is correct. And everything else is working fine.

But on some Folders on a share it happens that the folders are jumping and became inaccessible. I have a link to a video. This shows the problem on the server. I hope that someone has an idea.

I tried a different Volume but it happens again.
Has anyone any ideas or fixes?

It seems that the problem is close to the problem here:

Thanx for all your help!
