Apple's Numbers application is not an Excel clone and if/when Apple would provide ChatGPT functionality in Numbers, it would be announced as a new feature — which it has not. Stick with Excel if you need ChatGPT integration.

As there is no ChatGPT support in Numbers and you suggest that Excel is not voice control compatible, there would be no other suggestions other than export the Numbers spreadsheet to Excel and use ChatGPT on it there.
