I enabled all the requirements in location services in my iPhone, then I use this feature on my Apple Watch ultra and didn’t work, I also enabled location services on my Apple Watch and nothing happened. I don’t know what to do to use this feature. I tried many times but this feature didn’t work on my Apple Watch ultra. If anyone knows how to fix it I will be grateful.

We'll help you figure this out.
There are two Privacy & Security settings that need to be enabled on your iPhone in order to use Backtrack. Double check to make sure both of these are enabled.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services on your iPhone and check these settings:
* Tap Compass, then make sure that Precise Location is turned on.
* Tap System Services, then make sure that Significant Locations is turned on.
Use the compass on Apple Watch - Apple Support
Based on the Apple Support article we linked above, Backtrack is not available on for Family Setup devices and mapping coordinates are not supported in China. The article also outlines that Backtrack is "available only when you're away from significant locations such as your home or workplace, or you’re out of range of Wi-Fi."
