Ringtone not working

I’ve bought 3 ringtones so far after buying the iPhone 12, yet 2 that i’ve bought aren’t working. I’ve set the default ringtone, that works, but when i go to set a different ringtone for someone close it doesn’t work. Whenever they call the default ringtone plays; I’ve updated the phone to iOS 16.5 but it still isn’t working.

I’ve requested a refund and bought the songs twice, yet they still don’t work.
