Hi auxi209,

Your payment method can be declined for a number of reasons. A few examples may be an expired card on file, an unpaid balance, an issue communicating with your bank, etc.

It sounds like you may need to resolve the payment method issue to get back to your Apple Music subscription. "If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store" is an Apple Support article with a few steps to try before you reach out to their billing team for assistance.

How to complete your purchase if a payment failed or was declined
1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Payment & Shipping.
4. Add a different payment method and remove the old one
5. Try to complete your purchase.

If you have an unpaid balance and no other payment methods to add, you can use an Apple Gift Card to pay the balance.

Use an Apple Gift Card or App Store & iTunes gift card to pay an unpaid balance
1. Purchase an Apple Gift Card or App Store & iTunes gift card.*
2. Redeem the gift card.
3. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app, then tap your name.
4. Tap Media & Purchases.
5. Tap View Account.
6. Tap Purchase History.
7. Tap the order with red text that says Amount You Owe.
8. Tap Pay with Apple ID Credit.

After you pay for the unpaid order, you can make purchases with your remaining Apple Account balance.

If a message says 'billing problem with previous purchase' or 'verification required' - Apple Support
