UNABLE TO REGISTER BELKIN SCREEN PROTECTOR FOR 14 IPHONE PRO MAX PURCHASED IN TORONTO CANADA

Hi! Im unable to register my Belkin screen protector for my Iphone 14 Pro Max purchased at a Rogers Store in Toronto Canada. When I go the register it on the Belkin website it asks where was the purchase made. Rogers is not available in the drop down menu so I chose others and then Wrote Rogers. After Hitting next the screen says oops wires got crossed and that I should try again. Tried several times but not working. Can any one help please.
